BARRIE & MARILYN FARNSWORTH

Stunning location, loved gannet diving from the lounge and the seal watch in Harrow Harbour. Dunnet Bay is the tops. Thanks for a great break in a great cottage!

JENNY HAWORTH

We had an absolutely amazing time! We arrived in pitch darkness, with no idea what to expect when we woke up in the morning. It was amazing to get up and be met by those incredible views of the Pentland Firth. A real highlight was a walk along the coast, when we stumbled across a beach covered in seals - about 40 of them including lots of tiny pups. The house was very comfortable and it was so peaceful I slept like a baby!

SHARON JONES

I had a fantastic stay. It's beautiful, very modern and tastefully decorated and is also very comfortable. It has everything anyone could need... The views are totally breathtaking. I love how you can hear the sea when you go to sleep at night and when you wake up in the morning. Thank you for being so flexible on start/finish dates too... it really helps!

GEORGE WILSON, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE

Lovely cottage with wonderful views and sunsets. Excellent week and would come again as there is still more to see of this beautiful part of Scotland.

LISA WILSON, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE

A stunning cottage and equally stunning scenery. Wildlife trip on the speed boat from John O Groats is a must - a definite photo opportunity! The cheesecake at the Northern Sands hotel is highly recommended if you have a sweet tooth. Overall a fantastic holiday had by all!

THE BLURTON FAMILY, DERBY

Fantastic! Beautiful scenery, lovely cottage, would highly recommend the wildlife tour at John O Groats - it was brilliant fun and good value for money! A stunning place overall.

CLIFF & ELAINE PEARSON, DERBY

Wow! Beautiful place for a holiday. Magnificent sunsets. Seals and 'fins' just outside... on the Wildlife tour we were told of recent sightings of a Killer Whale in the Pentland Firth - did we see it?! I recommend the Maxi tour of the Orkneys. It was a fantastic holiday. We scrambled across the rocks to the Castle of Mey. My favourite walk was from John O Groats along to the Bay of Sannick to watch the seals, up to the lighthouse, past the Seagull nursery and finally to the Duncansby Stacks.

STEVE & DONNA ADAM, EDINBURGH

We have been really lucky with both the cottage and the weather on our first trip to Caithness. Beautiful views, great for bird watching and taking a step back in time. Dunnet Bay is a great walk and it's great to see the seals 'shoving off' from Harrow Harbour (a short walk from the cottage).
